Getting my music from my old phone to my new phone?

I just replaced my old Env2 with a new Env2 (My other on wasn't working right) and I put all my pics and videos on my micro SD card and got them on my new phone but I cant get my V-Cast music on there? any ideas (Oh and its a prepaid BTW)

Answer:
with vcast everytime you download a song to your phone a copy of that song goes to an internet page I forget exactly which one right now.. but, you should be able to resend through a USB from that page to your phone.
