Is there a way to BLOCK a cell phone number from calling or texting your cell phone?

  Yes there is but the only way to figure out would be to contact your phone company. Reason being is because the phone could have a feature on there to do that but you cell phone company may not allow that feature to work on the phone or it may be an additional charge. Best answer call At&t.
