What is the best cell phone (smart phone) on the market right now?

Well, physically, the best phones would have to be phones with the google android operating system... If you're looking at Verizon, they have the (Motorola) DROID and the Droid Eris (HTC) i personally prefer the Eris. Best place to get it is at www.newegg.com and should be able pay nothing for the phone other than the monthly contract which is around $69 for unlimited call, unlimited text, and unlimited data. Newegg will also have video previews of the phones.

Gotta go with the Moto Droid or Nexus One. Those phones are so awesome! The Android o.s. is sick, for real.

I am afraid because the best for you may not be the best for me. If you're not in a hurry, I'd recommend waiting for the 'HTC Scorpion'. It's a dream phone for many people, it has 1.5Ghz processor, FULL 1080P video recording, 12 MP camera, 1280 X 720P (Higher than a HDReady TV!!), Android 2.2. So, id recommend buying that one.
