How to copy text from RichTextBox?

Can you copy any text from mobile version of Facebook website using iPhone's Safari browser ?

Everytime I try to copy any text from post ,notes or message present in mobile version of Facebook using iPhone4 Safari ,I find that it takes toooo long time for Safari to show its lens and blue selecting square ( which are usual tools to select & copy text in iPhone ) and also Facebook site become much less responsive and then lens and blue selecting square appear but they become less responsive too and make it hard to select text and sometimes even worse occurs and Safari crashes without enabling me to copy that text from Facebook and u should know that this problem occurs with mobile version of Facebook site only and even also with Facebook app for iPhone so is there any thing wrong in my iPhone or it is problem caused by Facebook site itself ?
