How To Backup Nokia 5233 Data?

Nokia N8 Software/Firmware Anna update Problem/Doubt.. Plz help!!?

• Well, wanted to do software and firmware update on my Nokia N8 for very long but, didn't get the time and internet problems etc delayed it. Anyway want to do it now.. the questions are : 1) Do I need to take backup of the phone before updating it? If yes how? I mean through the ovi suite? do you need full backup of the data like songs movies etc too? What about memory card? 2) After updating if by any chance phone is formatted, can i restore the data exactly like how it was before, meaning which file was in which folder? or do I need to manually transfer things again? 3) Do I need to take out the memory card before phone update, just in case so it does not get formatted by chance, as anyway phone does not need memory card for update. And it should not be involved too. ??? 4)I have read in Nokia website that generally if you do OTA(over the air), you are less likely to get your data deleted as compared to if you do it through Ovi suite(in which case you lose it all), your thoughts?? 5) What about the third party applications and third party ringtones etc?
