How do I get mms on my iPhone back?

Hi when I got my iPhone 3GS in march of 2010 it was running ios 3.1.3 and I had the camera icon to send pictures in texts. When I updated to ios 4 it disappeared and I could no longer send pictures or videos anymore. How do I get that back? I have tried everything I have restored my phone reset it and checked mms in settings and I still had no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, try this : ) 1. Reset Network Settings. Go to Settings > General > [scroll down] Reset > Rest Network Settings 2. Reset All Settings. Go to Settings > General > [scroll down] Reset > Rest All Settings 3. Check if MMS is turned on in Settings > Messages 4. Restore your iPhone using iTunes, and set it up as a new iPhone instead of restoring the back up. 5. Check if you have new carrier settings available. Go to Settings > General > About to check. 6. Settings -> General -> Network -> Cellular Data Network -> Under mms, fill inn APN, MMSC and MMS Proxy for your carrier. Then the Camera sign will appear again next to your textbox in messages!

make sure MMS is enabled. make sure airplane mode is OFF, then go to "settings > messages > MMS messaging > on" if that doesnt work, contact AT&T and ask them
