Is it possible to block numbers from your cell phone?

Block numbers from calling your cell phone?

  • theres this person that i know that keeps calling me and its really annoying, so is it possible for me to block their number? my phone is a lg from verizon someone suggested i used trapcall.com but im not sure if its safe. thanks!

    Cell phone companies have no way to block unwanted numbers from reaching our customers. Each phone and manufacturer is going to be a little different. I have a Samsung and rac across this feature by accident lol. Good luck and give this a try. On your phone go into your recent call log. Highlight the persons number you no longer want to hear from and go into options. Look for the option to reject call or wording along those lines and add to list if the option is there. This will prevent the person from reaching you directly and route them directly into your voicemail and only showing a missed call on your phone. Generally the party will get tired of no response from your and will stop contacting you. In the recent call menu there should also be an option for you to work with your reject list and you can also include unknown numbers. If this option is not avail then go into your phone settings and make sure that your answer option is not open to answer so you can reject their call, again sending them into your voicemail.

almost every phone provider allows you the ability to block certain numbers from calling you...the best way is to contact your carrier, verizon, and asking them how you block a number...otherwise, log on with your account at their website and it should allow you to manage your account, block numbers, etc...still lost, then contact them...

i can do it on my cell phone, but im not sure if you can do it on yours. try going to options, and try finding an auto reject option in there under set calls.

Not that I know of. You can block an area code or country but aside that I know of no software (maybe you could let us know which one Angel) that allows this from your cell phone.
