How do I block private callers from calling me on my phone?

Go to your phone's APP Store and download call blocking, call blacklisting apps that allow you to block Private or Unknown calls/text. Some can be set to send all calls not in your address book to voice mail or pickup and hang up on UNKNOWN and PRIVATE calls, which forces those callers to unblock their numbers to call you.
