I need a free iPhone to iPhone SMS / texting App that is free, doesn't need Wi-Fi and works internationally?

The title says it all, surely there has to be one. I have tried heaps and heaps! And most importantly, it must be able to send / receive messages free of charge without Wi-Fi also!

I used to use GoogleVoice.
There are many texting apps out there. The best one is "TextFree." It will work anywhere as long as you have coverage. The only downside is that you are given a different phone number for texting.
