Why isn't my "recharge and win" working for boost mobile?

  • I recently swapped from optus prepaid to boost mobile. both have "recharge with 30 dollars or more and win" ive been doing it for years. but last week i swapped to to boost and now it sends me a text msg saying... "thanks 4 recharging. you've won a prize! to claim visit www.optus.com.au/prepaid" but it doesn't send me the pin number to claim my rewards like it did on optus. I went into the optus store and they said call customer service, but can anyone help me before i try calling them?

    That happened with my samsung phone too.. the recharge and win thing was working everytime until my dad bought a recharge from ringwood and then it stopped so maybe its not working because of where you buy your recharges.. hope i helped!!
