Why can't i send or receive multimedia messages?

I recently got a different phone. It is a used one... But I could send and receive pics/songs/ on my old phone... why does it say "Message delivery failed" Everytime I get or send one? Is there a way to fix this??

Answer:
call ur service provider. Picture messaging is different to normal text so u need the mms settings configured properly to match ur service provider. So call them and tell them what uv written here and they will instruct u over the phone on how to change the settings to make it work.
