Why to I have to go outside my house to use my sprint cell phone?

  • I signed up with SPRINT (BIG mistake) in May of this year. I'm constantly getting dropped calls because there is ZERO coverage in my house. Sprint online maps indicates there should be 3 bar coverage in my area. I have to go outside the house, out in the backyard to make or receive calls. Sprint says "You should have coverage there...online shows you have 3 bars...not our problem" "Opt out of your contract? No can do."

    if u read the fine print, it says u may not necessaily get coverage. sprint dont gaurntee coverage. also go to your nearest sprint service center and get your phone updated.

Most likely is interference between other electronics or the material used to build your house. For great coverage in any house (that has some coverage outside), get 2 antennas and a frequency amplifier, there are plans on the net for them.

you may need to be connected to a different tower. or maybe it's the area your house. try to find out if you have the same problem in other houses or buildings
