How do I get .jar files and .jad files on my phone?

Why Doesn't my Phone support JAD. and JAR. files?

Apparently i followed and found my phone, and tried to download the games on it, but it doesnt open, even when i had found my phone. HELP PLEASE. Thank you :D

Need more info. What phone do you even have? JAR files are typical on a Blackberry so if you don't have a Blackberry then that's why.
