How to put music on iPod touch on a different iTunes besides the one at my house?

I just bought an iPod touch and it's great but I can only put music on it from the iTunes at my house and when I tried to put music and pictures from another iTunes it said that I had to restore it to use that iTunes so all my music would have been deleted so is there something wrong with my iPod or do I just have to put music on it at my house and if there's a way to put music on it from another iTunes rather than my house then please tell me

Well I have 2 computers with Itunes on each and I took apps from one Itunes to put on my other computer, so when I tried to add those on my Ipod touch 3G it said that I have no authorize something. But it said you can Authorize a computer. So this is what you have to do. Ok, in order to use your ipod on another computer you have to authorize it first. You are allowed up to 5 computers. In order to do this you have to start Itunes, long in and go to Advanced and Authorize the computer. Then your done. Well for me its in Advance, for you may be in Tools or something but that's what you do. Hope it works. :)
