My ipod touch wont turn on at all?

I tried to jailbreak my ipod touch 2g but it failed and it wont turn on anymore and the computer wont reconize?

unrecognised device? it probably worked then. use the Voltage - Booter.exe program to reboot the device.

Have you tried this? http://www.iphonealley.com/tips-and-tricks/save-your-iphone-with-recovery-mode Said for iPhone but it works for iPod Touch too

put it back into DFU mode and restore it to the original firmware an Ipod can ALWAYS go into DFU mode no matter what software issue occures. don't take it back to Apple because they will think you were trying to jailbreak it and probably wont help you for instructions on how to put it into DFU mode my latest blog entrie has instructions cratercmc.blogspot.com on my youtube site theres instructions on how to jailbreak ipods
