How to put DVDs on iTouch?

Its there a way to put bought app to a different itouch?

• i bought a itouch it broke i am fixing to get a replacement on i bought like $250 in applications. applications are more complex then songs for example you can take a song put in library then itouch you can't do that for a itouch for example a friend gave me a app i put in my library and tried to put in itouch but said it can't verify that i bought it so my question is can i put applications from my library on a different itouch? i would prefer answers with someone from experience but any answer will do thanks for the help

  sorry i dont have experience just getting my ipod touch for christmas but i think i can help just like movies you can only play movies that you bought on your computer (and 5 others if you can verify you bought it by entering your itunes username and pass) but if the apps are on your computer im pretty sure you can put them on as many ipod touchs as you want
