Can I get Whatsapp on my iPod touch for free?

Should I get the ipod touch even if I have both the ipod shuffle and ipod nano?

• I want to get the ipod touch primarily for the internet but I also have my ipod nano and the ipod shuffle. I don't really need the ipod shuffle anymore and I'm thinking of selling it. But I'm also thinking is it really worth buying the ipod touch if you're getting it for the first time and if you already have the ipod nano? I wanted to get the iphone but looking into the monthly payment plans were ridiculous so I was debating whether I should get the ipod touch? I just want to get outside opinions on this one.   The IPod Touch is an amazing device. I also had a Nano (2nd Gen). I loved it too. When the Touch came out I decided to jump in with both feet. I bought the 32 Gig version ($500). I have gone through several phases with it. I had a little buyers remorse when I first got it. I had some really cool features. Using the browser while in range of a WIFI router was sweet but I couldn't use it at work (due to Security) and rarely was I able to find a Hot Spot in the Rural area I am in. I still used it for 30 to 40 min a day. At the time I bought it the Iphone was still pre 3G and really tough to get. Then the 2.0 software and the app store came out. Whoa baby that really changed my life. I paid the $10.00 for the upgrade and have since bought maybe $25.00 worth of apps. In addition I have downloaded about 10-15 other free apps. Now I use the thing upwards of 2-3 hours a day for a wide variety things. Really wish it had GPS and I wish I could hit WIFI anywhere but my buyers remorse is gone. 32 gig might have been a little excessive. 16 gig would have sufficed but it was only another $100 dollars for twice the space. All in all it is the coolest gadget I have ever owned. One thing is for sure. When my verizon contract expires I will switching to AT&T and a 3G IPhone or whatever version of ICrack that apple is selling at the time.
