How do I jailbreak my iPod Touch 4th Generation?

There is no untethered jailbreak for 4.2.1, There is a jailbreak out now by using redsn0w but it is a tethered jailbreak which means you have to connect your device to a computer and run redsn0w everytime you have to reboot your device. its legal, dont worry about that other answer. first go to felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware to downgrade your ipod to 4.0 then from your ipod go to safari and type in jailbreakme.com and you'll be jailbroken in less then 5 minutes. t does it for you. its also tethered. untethered is the worst, u'll lose your jailbreak after restarting your ipod.

its illegal if you jail break it then you will get arrested if they find out then you will have to break from jail
