How can I restore my iPod songs to my computer?

How can I change the songs on my iPod without iTunes?

  • My dad deleted the old iTunes of of my computer, and refuses to let me download it. Is there anyway that I can hack into my iPod to transfer the songs on Windows Media Player to my iPod? I have an iPod shuffle, if that helps. I am absolutely pissed off because I haven't been able to change the 175 songs on it for two months. If there's a way, can you tell me how? And if there isn't is there a way that I could download iTunes onto my computer, upload the songs onto my iPod, uninstall iTunes, and then restore my computer to a two hours before so that it all technically never happened? Thanks! =] I'm going crazy here, listening to the same 175 songs over and over again.

I'm pretty sure that you can't, unless you're a total computer genius.
