Is it legal to sell an iPod on Ebay with music still on it?

How much $ do you think I could sell my iPod for on eBay?

  • How much do you think I could sell all of this for on eBay? : --------------------------------------… ~ iPod Video (5th gen, white, 30GB) - Very minor scuffs on the back (a lot less than what is normally found on iPods!) - Can be fully loaded at customers request (includes about 5 popular movies, 500 top songs, about 10 TV Shows, no pod casts) - One tiny scratch on the screen (it is only visible when the iPod is off, if the iPod is on then it is barely visible at all if any. Plus, look in the pics, can you even see it?) ~ Headphones - very clean, barely ever used, I use my own gummy ones ~ Clear Silicon Case ~ Mini Speakers ~ ETC -iTunes & iPod CD, Original Box & Packaging, Original Instructions, Instructions I Made (easier to follow), Apple Stickers, Black Leather Pouch, Dock Connector, USB Charger...etc --------------------------------------… ~ PICTURES: - What's Included (More is shown than in this picture!!!); http://www.flickr.com/photos/29206028@N03/3480856809/ -iPod Screen Shots (if you really wanna see the scratch, look in the upper left pic above the "rt" in "rights") http://www.flickr.com/photos/29206028@N03/3480720839/

  • Answer:

dont go with ebay since its a biding website. try going with amazon. id sell it for about $250-$300. delete the songs first and the videos and pictures. but yeah since youre selling the accesories with it, unless they all xame with it (im using mine now)

Go to ebay.com and open the extended search. You can also search for recently ended auctions and see for how much similar iPods sell.

I can't see the pictures. Anyways, um i think you should start the bidding at 80$ (It has accessories! People like that) & the buy it now price should be 190$. & If you decide to put it on amazon then you should put it for 190$ as well.

well i didn't look at the pictures, but 30gb isn't alot for the videos because theres 160. i'd say put the starting bid at 20 or 30$ and see what happens from there. you can put a buy it now thing for about 190$ or put the top amount that you would pay for it if you really really reallly wanted it. by the wayy, you cant sell ipods that have songs & movies & tv shows on them. i THINK thats illegal?! google it just to make sure.
