there is this great website called pspower.us its really for psp but the ipod and psp use the same mp4 format and all you have to do is register(which is quick easy and free) and then browse through the many movies choose one then something pops up and you might have to enter a three letter word then click download (you might have to wait 45 seconds for some reason) and choose where you want to save it and when its done downloading import it using itunes and sync it onto your ipod. i use it for my ipod touch and psp all the time when you try to log in after you register it might be slow because there are some pop ups required for the website and all you have to do is x it out or click skip this add but its a great free site check it out sometime
