Good FREE apps for ipod touch for teens?

Need assistance with putting apps and music back on my ipod touch?

I have a ipod touch and I let a friend of mine borrow it. When she returned it to me and I turned the ipod on it said ipod disabled connect to itunes. When I connected it to itunes it said I had to restore it and when I did that I lost all of my apps and music off of my ipod. The apps and music are still on my itunes but I cant figure out how to get them all back on to my ipod. I have managed to get a few of the apps back on my ipod but can not get them all back on there. Can someone please give me instructions as to how I can go about putting both my apps as well as my music back on to my ipod from itunes? Thanks so much.

their should be some tutorials showing how to do it.. definetly tell your friend that it what wrong of her to do that to your ipod touch, they are very expensive!
