How do you fix a disabled ipod without a personal itunes? My ipod has been disabled because of too many failed password attempts thanks to my younger siblings. It says ipod is disabled. I cant connect to my personal itunes because my computer has a virus and the only way to fix my computer is to completely restore it. Ive tried connecting my ipod to different itunes and it wont connect because it is locked. how do i restore it? 'hold the home button down for 5 seconds or so, keep doing it and then hold the top button down while holding down the home button. it will reset the screen keeping your itunes stuff on your ipod.' but this just keeps keeps coming up with the 'slide to turn power off' how do i fix this?
