How to get music from ipod to computer?

• So, I have done this before, but this time it seems different. Got a new computer, downloaded itunes, and now I wanna get the files already on the ipod onto there. I went into the ipod hard drive, and was looking for the hidden file that I need to make unhidden, so I can access the music. I think this was in DCIM, but all that's in there is picture files. I can't find my music, help? Oh also, I'm in a pc and would prefer not to have to download anything to do it.

  gizmorip or if you dont want to download anything go to start ny computer if windows 7 then hit organize then hit fodler search and options or if windows xp hit options then folder options click view then theirll be an option that says show hidden folders and files click it and press ok then open up the icon on my computer of the ipod their would be a shadowey folder that says music open it then their be a bunch of folders all of this is your music seperated just copy and paste into computer the whole thing i said first was to open this shadowey folder in the ipod other wise you cant open it
