Should I get a Ipod Touch warranty?

If i bought and ipod touch 4 gen 8gb did i get a warranty?

    Usually if you buy on it does come with a waranty. However that is when you buy it from a store that associates with ipod or if you buy it online from an ipod store. if you buy items from amazon or ebay or web stores like that they do not.

It should be under warranty, but I doubt you will be able to claim. Depending on where your from, the laws of warranty generally only cover the manufacture of the product... if you bought it broken, they will fix it. Amazon would only be responsible if they sold you a faulty product; it would be up to THEM to replace at. But you broke it yourself 3 months after you purchased it. Sorry, your warranty probably won't cover your ipod touch.

It has a one year manufacturer warranty but its limited so best bet is to call apple.The number for the warranty and stuff will be in the box that you got it in.

There is a 1 year limited warranty from Apple. However, this is probably outside that warranty.
