Is it stupid to buy an ITouch on Ebay?

IPod Touch? iTouch? Need your opinion!?

  • I just lost my iPod Touch at a Halloween party... it was 16GB and a 2nd generation newer version! IT WAS HORRIBLE! I spent 2 days at their house looking for it... someone must have stole it. So now, I have a couple of options. I am not going without music, and I'm only 13. I need your opinion. Should I: 1) I was looking on Craigslist, and I started emailing this guy (with permission from my parents) about trading my DSi for his iTouch 16GB... but it's the first generation. I have been talking to my parents and they said they trust him, we've been talking, so basically: should I trade my DSi (black) for an older version of the iTouch (1st gen :\) 2) Sell my DSi on Amazon, eBay, or Craigslist for around $150 and gain the money to get: a) A used iPod touch 16GB (2nd gen) for 150-180 and save up a couple bucks. b) A new iPod touch 16GB (2nd gen) for 180-230 and save a lot of money c) Buy a used Nano or Classic online. d) Get a knock-off brand mp3/mp4 player Or... 3) Get an iPhone 3GS (16GB) for $200 and not sell anything and wait until Christmas or my birthday (obviously pay half or something for my birthday) and just forgot about the whole thing and go without music a) Or get a used nano or classic to hold me up until then. Or........ if you have more suggestions, let me know! I NEED HELP! Thanks :)

    Well, if you can, get the iPhone 3GS, because it is just an Ipod touch with phone/camera/faster/3g. I would do that.

do not buy a used itouch 2nd gen for 150-180 that would be ripping you off or even a new one. buy a knock off for a little and wait till christmas it will be here soon thats what i would do. trust me i know how you feel, i got my 80GB classic stolen and it was new when it came out, i just got another ipod but my other option was a knock. so you should do that :)

iPhone 3GS! This way, you'll make sure you don't get scammed and you won't have to sell anything! It actually depends on how much music you have. So, get the Classic for memory, iPhone 3gs for entertainment, music, and lots of fun!

Instead of getting the iPhone 3GS, just do the same thing just with the iTouch.
