    well if you do jail break it then u get everything free... if ur ipod breaks then u cnt go to apple and ask for help because ur basically stealling from them....and thats illegal.

Pros: you can add themes, get free apps, customize everything on it, set a wallpaper to the home screen (instead of just having it as your unlock screen). Cons: it voids your warranty, to if you eff it up, apple won't replace it.

You can get tons of games for free that you would normally have to pay for. You can also change the theme, and other cool things like changing the color of your notes. But before you do it, make sure you really understand how to do it, because my ex-boyfriend did mine. After we broke up I tried to get it back to normal and now it's broken :(
