a good app for 'doodling' on photos is Doodle Buddy. There is a better version for $1.19 but you can also get one for free, which is still a pretty good quality. Some other good free apps are TappFarm (make you own farm like on facebook), gorillacam (good for taking photos of yourself and friends), waterslide (a fun game to play when your bored) and Spongebob Special Winter Edition Jellyfish Jam (Spongebob!!!). They are all great games for free!!
