Why won't my ipod sync properly?

i got a new 4th gen ipod touch 32g and when i connected it to itunes it would say finishing syncing and no songs would be synced to it after i told it to sync my entire album and after restoring it it still does it. please help me?

Did you set iTunes to sync your music folder? I'm referring to when you open iTunes, click on your iPod, the window shown is the "Summary" tab, click on the "Music" tab and make sure that "Sync Music" and "Entire Music Library" are selected. Also, make sure that ALL your songs are added on the iTunes library. * Just drag the folders with your music to iTunes.
