Why isn't iPod charger working anymore?

My ipod isnt working. my brother left it on and it died. i put it on the charger. its not turning on?

  • ive had my ipod nano die plenty of times before but it always charged right back up as soon as i put it on the charger. now it wont even turn on, let alone charge. i think for some reason that its frozen. i can sort of see on the ipod screen the "synchronizing" screen. i dont know whats wrong with it at all though, which is what i want to know. and of course, if its fixable

Is it a touch? My touch's batteries have died heaps of times and it has done the same thing. Just put it on charge and leave it for a while. Eventually it will turn on again. =)

try pressing the center "OK" button and the "menu" button at the same time. hold it down for about 5 seconds and it should restart.

switch the hold button to hold and then back and hold the centre and menu buttons for 5 secs until an apple logo appears!!
