2g or 3g ipod touch??

I just checked online, and it says for a 2g 8gb ipod touch its 189.95 dollars. A 3g 8gb ipod touch is 197.99. so which one do you think i should get? im 14 and so my parents will have to pay for the touch and i dont want them spending a lot of money on it. whats the difference between the 2g and 3g 8gb itouch? is there a big diff? please dont offer any bigger gbs cause i dont want my parents spending alot of money on it. thanks! :) oh and btw.. do you know any stores that sell ipod touchs at a good price? and how much is warranty?
