Ipod touch 4g security camera?

my friend has this app on his android phone. i think its a htc sensation. what it does is that if anyone types in a passcode on the lock screen that is wrong, it would automatically click a picture of the person with the front facing camera. i dont know if this is a app or not but the ipod touch 4g has a front facing camera so i tough can this work on ipod touch 4g?
