My iPod touch is having music problems?

Problems with my iPod touch? Should I replace it?

• I've been having a lot of trouble syncing my iPod Touch. I got it last Christmas so it's out of warranty. When I try to sync my iPod almost always it shows the syncing bar but then it says it can't sync for a variety of reasons, like "unknown error -59" or "unknown error -6999" or "file/folder/drive can't be found." I've even tried setting my iPod to only sync songs I checked and that worked for a bit, but nothing now. On my iPod itself it will start doing this thing were it won't play purchased songs (though other ones are fine) and/or it will play one song and then when it goes to the next song it plays a second and then the it stops and i have to restart the music part. And then my apps I downloaded won't run. The thing is sometimes my Ipod does sync and works fine. I don't know why it does though. my question: 1. is there anything I can do? i've already tried to restore my iPod (twice) to no avail, and even took it into apple but he just gave me the newest iPod updates, but didn't help in the end. I'm considering just buying a "new" one (either a "used" one with no bad issues, or even a refurbished one.) 2. Anything i should know about this? 3. Could I put my Ipod on Ebay while mentioning my problems? I will appreciate any answers to any of these questions. Thanks ^^

  you could be having problems with ur itunes that are passing it on to your ipod or if you dont think it will ever work again correctly then try jailbraking it but as a last resort maybe it will help
