How do I get my iTunes playlists back?

How can i get my playlists from itunes to download on my itouch?

  • My harddrive to my last laptop died so i got a new one and had my original itunes redownloaded on it. Some problems came with that though where i lost some info and other stuff and it came to the point where i had to restore my itouch to its store condition so that it would sync from my itunes. Eventually i got my itouch to take all of my music and videos but it wont download any of my playlists. How do I do that? Please and thank you.
