Why won't ipod touch 2g settings not work.?

  • I have a jailbroken ipod touch 2g 3.1.2 and certain settings won't work including Wi-Fi it says no Wi-Fi and is tinted grey and i can't turn on a password or reset all the settings.

    which program did u use? blackra1n or pwngage, quickpwn? so i can further help you diagnose i was researching and i heard blackra1n was having this problem it said to just reset network settings, and it should work... i would rec commend pwnage tool for ipts....2gs since it just installs a custom firmware not crack the current

ummmmm hmmmmm i did it and mine works fine all i can think of is to go into winscp on your computer save everything you want to on your computer and then re-jailbreak it maybe you can try getting SBSettings through cydia i have that and it has worked wonders um and if you go into safari and your wifi is on but is not connected then it will pop up all the different types of wifi networks around you
