Why can't I download movies on iTunes?

Why wont my movie download on itunes?

  • I cant get an answer from dang itunes so I thought I'd post here. I bought a movie for 10 dollars on itunes and it's been "trying" to download for 5 days now and whenever I refresh the download it starts with "zero KB of 2.24 GB" and this is after they told me I had to download the newest version of itunes in order to get the movie..so I did that and it's freaking dysfunctional. I dont think it has to do with the fact that I have a slow internet connection since I've downloaded movies on it before..it just takes about 24 hours to do so..but right now it's not doing anything. Any ideas?

    Well i don't know but i think you should let it download for a couple of days because I remeber that whenever I want to get new firmware for my iPod it takes hours to downlaod too so just let it load for days maybe cuz remeber is 2GBs that a lil big dude and actually your Internet can be the problem because my is Internet is a lil slow too so is a lil slow sometimes but just let I download and take it's time cuz 2GBs is way too big and it will take a few days for my pc to download too if that doesn't work then just contact apple or something but try to leave it download for a day or two i hope i helped

Not sure, maybe just wait untill 24 hours and if it doesnt work, try something else.

I thinkl you'd better take the format into consideration, the iPod can only suport the mp4 format. if the movie is in the correct format, you can just drag it into your iTunes. if not, you need a movie converter to help you what i am using is one can product all the movies to the iPod products with the fast speed and high quality free trial here http://www.mac-dvd-video.com/ipod-movie-converter.html
