I can't get iTunes to Sync my Apps (just the music) to my iTouch. Why?

My account is setup so that all folders should sync. But when I attach my iTouch, only the music syncs up. I don't have anything in video or picture folder, but I do have 3 new Apps and they don't transfer. How can I get new Apps onto my iTouch? Please, help!

Answer:
Plug your ipod into your computer and under itunes go to ur ipod and go to the top where it says summary, music etc. go to the applications tab and click to a circle that says sync applications click it and click apply
