How can I download songs onto my iPod touch?

If I have an iPod touch can i download all my songs and apps from there onto my new iPhone, and how?

    If your music, apps, and whatnot are backed up to itunes you can just put them on your iphone. If they are not then you will have to use third party software to get it from your touch

Simply sync your iphone with iTunes if your apps and music on your ipod are not on iTunes sync your ipod to iTunes first and then sync itunes to iphone

all of your songs and applications should be on your iTunes already. All you should have to do is plug in your iPhone and sync to your iTunes

Plug your iPod into your computer and open iTunes and make a backup of it. Then plug your iPhone in and restore it in iTunes. When it has finished restoring it should ask you if you want to set up a new iPhone or restore from a backup. Select the backup of your iPod and that should transfer the same data from your iPod to your iPhone. I hope this answered your question.
