Are there any android apps for recording that support usb input?

I play guitar and want to be able to record higher quality guitar with the micro usb instead of the phones mic. I have a cable that converts to usb, then I have a usb to micro usb adapter... are there any apps that support usb input for audio recording? Also is it possible to record with the headphone jack?
