I need major help with iTunes.

I need help with iTunes, please..?

  • I don't know if this will make any sense, but I'm gonna try to make it work. Okay, so basically, iTunes won't open up on my computer. Everytime I click on it, it will say "iTunes has stopped working" I haven't been able to access iTunes in almost 3 months. I'm getting an iPod touch and before iTunes unexpectedly stopped working, I bought over 20 apps for the iPod but now that iTunes won't work, I don't know how I'm gonna be able to transfer those onto my laptop. I backed up my computer so do you think it would be possible for me to restore my iTunes folder onto another computer? Also, how can I fix my iTunes? Thank you in advance! :)

Okay im not and expert at this but ill give it a shot. Well first of all try to use your system computer restore wizard. You can find this by clicking on your start button, click help and support and then search System restore Wizard. (this will work on any windows comp.) Then follow the instructions that it tell you to. Also i don't think that you will lose any of your applications because you do have an apple account and that did not erase(not positive.) Try to uninstall i tunes and then try to install it back in. Remember to save all your previous files.
