How to get iPod Mediafire games?

I have an iPod Touch 4g and am wondering how you can download a cracked iPod game using Mediafire on Installous. It downloads the game files but I cannot find the game on the iPod. Help!

You have to download the game and then click on the game in the "Downloads" section in installous and then click install.
