What is the best guitar tuner app for iphone/itouch?

I currently don't have a tuner, and my guitar is really out of tune. What is the best tuner app? free/low price is preferable. I just starting playing, so something really simple would be nice. I have absolutely no idea how to tune by ear. Also, please don't just give me the name of the app, but also explain why you prefer it. Thanks! :)
