Help - Ipod Touch applications crashing after opening!!?

Hello i bought an Ipod Touch 3G yesterday and I decided on transfering some applications into it and test them out. Problem is everytime i try to open an application it crashes and sends me back to the main menu. I don't know what going on but I'm really mad about this. I followed everyone advice who had the same problem as me, this includes: - Restart Ipod - Didn't work - Install a new application - Didn't work - Restore Ipod - Didn't work - Update Ipod - Didn't work I really don't know what to do but I hate this thing. I feel like I was rip off for some reason. >.<

What do you mean by transferring applications? Did you illegally download them and sync them to a jailbroken ipod? If so then they may not work, I suggest downloading them from the app store.
