Itunes account question?

I just got my aunts old iphone she transfered all of her stuff onto her new 4s and i still have all her games and music, I dont want to use her itunes account, I already created a new one but i want to use the one i created not hers, and I dont want to delete it because its also hers so I have no clue what to do? Does anyone have any advice for me please?
