What does Sync error mean?

Why can't I sync music to my ipod nano chromatic?

  • so i have a silver ipod nano chromatic and well i had downloaded a Ti mix tape from datpiff.com and now i downloaded another mix tapee i dragged it to download to i tunes and when i try and sync it to my ipod it says THE IPOD MAZE CANNOT BE SYNCED. AN UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED (13019). ??? so what does this mean why can't i sync music to it? all the music it has is original, it was my sisters ipod she retored it before she let me have it, it still has all the music she liked but cant delete it she doesnt want me to? and i downloaded a mix tape to it but it wont let me down load any music at all to it? why not? what should i do? thank you! :)

    you probably dont have itunes updated or one of those websites gave your ipod a virus
