Jailbreaking slows the hell out of my old ipod touch 2nd gen 8gb my itouch 4g 32gb has no problem handling jailbreaking. Jailbreaking allows u access to free apps as well as customizations and other apps that you cant find on the app store. Iphone games? the hell? I'm sure u can run almost all games on both iphone and ipod, gps and camera apps differ though. No, jailbreak does not stop internet and youtube. You might want a friend's help on jailbreaking since your first time is stressful and confusing. You probably dont know half the things that can be jailbroken, so i suggest more research
