Is Limewire bad for laptops?

How do I put music from my ipod onto another computers limewire library?

• See I've had a desktop computer for a while and I've been using it for my itunes and ipod. Recently I got a new laptop and I am able to get some of the music that I have purchased from itunes onto my laptops itunes library. Although, thats only 85 of my songs, I have an additional 95 songs that I got from limewire. Itunes wont let me put those songs on there. Is there any way I can get the music from my pc's limewire library,which I have on my ipod, to my laptops limewire library, which is empty at the time, then I can just drag the songs over to itunes?
