Ipod Touch App store help.?

i have an ipod touch without the app. store. I have free games on that i've downloaded to my itunes. But whenever i sync my ipod the games will never load. Do i need the app store to load free games?

Answer:
Yes you do. You need to get the $9.99 upgrade, or else you will not be able to put games on your ipod touch. I had the same issue and didn't feel like paying the $10. I just gave mine to one of my friends who has the upgrade already on his ipod and he just hooked my ipod up to his computer and upgraded it for me.
