click on itunws then find your ipod icon on the left of the itunes then find the photos option and click sync photos all pics will be added its like adding apps

ok melissa here's how you do it :) go to your itunes and look for the tab that says photos once in it simply select the folders/albums you want to add, after you've selected them look for a button that says sync and wait for transfer and your done.i hope this helps :)
