Why doesnt the new Ipod Touch let me download Flash Player on the internet?

I go to the website on Safari, and it says that it is not able to download. Help please??

as of this point in time, there is no flash capability for the ipod touch (either generation). apparently, Apple and Adobe have come to an agreement, and a flash application for the iphone/ipod touch is in development, but i have no idea when it will come out. until then, you're stuck.
